1) local cops today are IGNORANT about the rights of the people, and

2) That they're SCARED of losing control, and don't know how to handle people who are OUTSIDE of their corporate jurisdiction..

They wrongly believe that EVERYONE should be subject to their codes and statutes, when in reality, it's only those who are State RESIDENTS and/or who voluntarily use PRIVATE currency of District of Columbia as money, who are subject to statutory jurisdiction.

BTW, a 'sovereign citizen' that the LEO's refer to, is one who has woken up to the corporate Matrix of the United States, inc. And before someone starts arguing that citizens aren't sovereign, here's what the USSC said about that:

"In the United States, sovereignty resides in the people, who act through the organs established by the Constitution." Chisholm v. Georgia, 2 Dall. 419, 471;

BTW, that means that the source of SOVEREIGNTY is the People, and they delegate some of that sovereignty to State and federal gov't. So they OBVIOUSLY aren't subject to State legislatures and Congress, except where the gov't has an EXPRESS delegation of power to it, via the Constitution.

And OBVIOUSLY, the People of the US are American Citizens, because ONLY the People are sovereign, and that did NOT include blacks, as they couldn't, and still can't, be American (State) Citizens. And obviously, you couldn't deny a right to vote to one of the sovereign people.

This is a slightly humorous video of a woman who KNOWS who she is and what her rights in a republic are, but who gets nonetheless hunted by US policy enforcers.

State Citizenship was created when The Declaration of Independence was created. It wasn't until after the civil war and the 14th amendment that U.S. CITIZENSHIP was created. A U.S Citizen is a corporate Citizen, or fictitious person. Person is defined in the blacks law dictionary as natural or artificial. This woman was exercising her inalienable rights, whether she was intoxicated or speeding or on drugs, as there was no damage to any parties. You are yourself and yourself Sovereign. You are presumed to be yourself, your corporate identity. She was exercising her right to travel not her privilege to drive.

Ok, well, first of all that lady caused a breach of the peace by not stopping and leading the cops on a high speed chase. Even Diplomats pull over and notice the cops of their status. Leading the cops on a high speed chase IS a threat to the public safety and the cops are well within their job description to put a stop to it. I don't like them wasting my time either. But I still stop and politely let them know I'm not interested in contracting with them. If you don't, and they cant tell that you are a peaceful inhabitant, they must presume you are a threat.

They are not in thirty duty to stop you... They drive emergency vehicles... When they pull you over they're are committing felonies... Declaring a false obligation, making you think that you have to stop for them to Allah you... Declaring a false emergency by using his lights when there is none... That is straight from the gangster mafia type behavior... Stopping you and roving you... Then you're so brain washed you to where you're defending they're criminal activity...

How do you get to the private side? I see what they have done to rod class. His cornobus (not sure of the spell) was dead on and judge Roberts of the corporate supreme court would not let his paper work out and sealed this stuff. I know I'm not the all caps name but how do I exercise my rights. Without harassment.

grandma sue. i think we are always private. Either we are in our private capacity as a man or woman or we entered a private contract with the US.

Its pretty hard not to. We seem to contract at the bank, dmv, IRS, its endless. I presume we were given the NAME so we could contract with them. I always thought i was my NAME. i am wiser i suppose and now sign everything for my person w/o prejudice at arms length. i did that with the IRS last year and they audited my return. LOL. Didnt hear from them for 9 months. No fines , no harm. I suppose they are onto me now.

i dont think you can get into the public unless you are in a common law court of record.

so i dont know what the public vs private can possibly mean. Everything seems to be private. Thats why they get mad at us for trying to claim our rights in their courts. If we open our court, maybe thats public?

in anycase, i dont recommend using or citing their codes ever. you can Cf. or compare to their codes, but dont rely on them. They own them and change them.

Remember, the US has been under "emergency" since Lincoln. There is always a dual nature to those things. Yes, they are pretending it's an emergency, but by NOT stopping and rebutting the presumptions they operate under, it now justifies the action taken to keep the peace. Read the Lieber codes, the US is an occupying force, whose first duty is to establish order. The cops, while private municipal corporations, were given authority to act as the occupying army. Seems to me "sovereign citizen" is an oxymoron.  A citizen is a subject to all their copyrighted, privatized, corporate codes, rules, regulations, etc.  However, it is the intent that really counts

Social Security scam and Terrorist network...

Before reading the information below, I'd like to share an incident that happened to me a couple months ago at a Walgreens. My husband had a new prescription that cost over $200. I have the Balance Rewards card from Walgreens, which honors prescriptions as well as other purchases. So, I asked for the Balance Rewards for this prescription to be added to my Rewards account.

The pharmacist said she couldn't because I was paying for it with an entitlement. I explained that we have never been on any kind of entitlement program. She stated that Social Security and Medicare are entitlements. I tried not to come unglued, but told her nicely that my husband and I had earned our Social Security and Medicare with money paid into these accounts each and every payday. She said she understood, but it was now called an entitlement, and I couldn't get the Rewards points. I could care less about the Rewards points, but was livid that the government now called Social Security (that we paid into all our lives) an entitlement!

To be fair to Walgreens, the pharmacist said that this was a federal law -- that no one on entitlement can benefit from those payments in any way...getting reward points. Wow! The government has their hands in everything! Anyway, now please read the item below...

I can only imagine how much better most average-income people could live in retirement if our government had just invested our money in low-risk interest-earning accounts . Instead, the folks in Washington pulled off a bigger Ponzi scheme than Bernie Madoff ever did. They took our money and used it elsewhere. They forgot (Knew) that it was OUR money they were taking. They didn't have a referendum to ask us if we wanted to lend the money to them. And they didn't pay interest on the debt they assumed. And recently, they've told us that the money won't support us for very much longer. But is it our fault they misused our investments? And now, to add insult to injury, they're calling it a benefit, as if we never worked to earn every penny of it. Just because they borrowed the money, doesn't mean that our investments were a charity! Let's take a stand. We have earned our right to Social Security and Medicare. Demand that our legislators bring some sense into our government. Find a way to keep Social Security and Medicare going, for the sake of that 92% of our population who need it. *Then call it what it is: Our Earned Retirement Income.* 99% of people won't forward this. Will you? *You can bet I WILL!* I THINK WE SHOULD DEMAND THAT THEIR SALARIES AND RETIREMENTS BE CALLED FEDERAL BENEFIT PAYMENTS. CONSTITUTIONAL LAWYER READ THE HEALTH CARE BILL...

Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill

3200: The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009. I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were being discussed might be unconstitutional. What I found was far worse than what I had heard or expected.

To begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats and the media are saying. The law does provide for rationing of health care, particularly where senior citizens and other classes of citizens are involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion services, and probably forced participation in abortions by members of the medical profession.

The Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out of business, and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal bureaucrats, and most of them will not be health care professionals. Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled by the government.

However, as scary as all of that is, it just scratches the surface. In fact, I have concluded that this legislation really has no intention of providing affordable health care choices. Instead it is a convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated. If this law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have been destroyed.

The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legislative, and
Judicial branches of the U.S. Government. The Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number of different areas over the lives of the American people, and the businesses they own.

The irony is that the Congress doesn't have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with! I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care.

This legislation also provides
for access, by the appointees of the Obama administration, in direct violation of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution, of all of your personal healthcare information, your personal financial information, and the information of your employer, physician, and hospital. All of this is a protecting against unreasonable searches and seizures. You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will have been legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendments may provide.

If you decide not to have healthcare insurance, or if you have private insurance that is not deemed acceptable to the Health Choices Administrator appointed by Obama, there will be a tax imposed on you. It is called a tax instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment. However , that doesn't work because since there is nothing in the law that allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax, it is definitely depriving someone of property without the due process of law.

So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate so much, out the original ten in the Bill of Rights, that are effectively nullified by this
law. It doesn't stop there though.

The 9th Amendment that provides: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people;

The 10th Amendment states: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or powers at
all in many areas that once were theirs to control.

I could write many more pages about this legislation, but I think you get the idea. This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights. Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to "be bound by oath or affirmation to support the Constitution." If I was a member of Congress I would not be able to vote for this legislation or anything like it, without feeling I was violating that sacred oath or affirmation. If I voted for it anyway, I would hope the American people would hold me accountable.

For those who might doubt the nature of this threat, I suggest they consult the source, the US Constitution, and Bill of Rights. There you can see exactly what we are about to have taken from us.

The volcanic ash emitted into the Earth's atmosphere in just four days - yes, FOUR DAYS - by that volcano in Iceland has totally erased every single effort you have made to reduce the evil beast, carbon. And there are around 200 active volcanoes on the planet spewing out this crud at any one time - EVERY DAY.

I don't really want to rain on your parade too much, but I should mention that when the volcano Mt Pinatubo erupted in the Philippines in 1991, it spewed out more greenhouse gases into the atmosphere than the entire human race had emitted in all its years on earth.

Yes, folks, Mt Pinatubo was active for over One year - think about it.

Of course, I shouldn't spoil this 'touchy-feely tree-hugging' moment and mention the effect of solar and cosmic activity and the well-recognized 800-year global heating and cooling cycle, which
keeps happening despite our completely insignificant efforts to affect climate change.

And I do wish I had a silver lining to this volcanic ash cloud, but the fact of the matter is that the bush fire season across the western USA and Australia this year alone will negate your efforts to reduce carbon in our world for the next two to three years. And it happens every year.

Just remember that your government just tried to impose a whopping carbon tax on you, on the basis of the bogus 'human-caused' climate-change scenario.

Hey, isn’t it interesting how they don’t mention 'Global Warming' anymore, but just 'Climate Change' - you know why?

It’s because the planet has COOLED by 0.7 degrees in the past century and these global warming bullshitartists got caught with their pants down.

And, just keep in mind that you might yet have an Emissions Trading Scheme - that whopping new tax - imposed on you that will achieve absolutely nothing except make you poorer.

It won’t stop any volcanoes from erupting, that’s for sure.

You Won’t BELIEVE What’s Going On with Government Spying on Americans

New Revelations Are Breaking Every Day

Revelations about the breathtaking scope of government spying are coming so fast that it’s time for an updated roundup:

• Just weeks after NSA boss Alexander said that a review of NSA spying found not even one violation, the Washington Post published an internal NSA audit showing that the agency has broken its own rules thousands of times each year

• 2 Senators on the intelligence committee said the violations revealed in the Post article were just the “tip of the iceberg”

• Glenn Greenwald notes: “One key to the WashPost story: the reports are internal, NSA audits, which means high likelihood of both under-counting & white-washing”.(Even so, the White House tried to do damage control by retroactively changing on-the-record quotes)

• The government is spying on essentially everything we do. It is not just “metadata” … although that is enough to destroy your privacy

• The government has adopted a secret interpretation of the Patriot Act which allows it to pretend that “everything” is relevant … so it spies on everyone

• NSA whistleblowers say that the NSA collects all of our conversations word-for-word

• It’s not just the NSA … Many other agencies, like the FBI and IRS – concerned only with domestic issues – spy on Americans as well

• The information gained through spying is shared with federal, state and local agencies, and they are using that information to prosecute petty crimes such as drugs and taxes. The agencies are instructed to intentionally “launder” the information gained through spying, i.e. to pretend that they got the information in a more legitimate way … and to hide that from defense attorneys and judges

• Top counter-terror experts say that the government’s mass spying doesn’t keep us safe

• Indeed, they say that mass spying actually hurts U.S. counter-terror efforts.

• They say we can, instead, keep everyone safe without violating the Constitution … more cheaply and efficiently than the current system

• There is no real oversight by Congress, the courts, or the executive branch of government. And see this and this.

• Indeed, most Congress members have no idea what the NSA is doing. Even staunch defenders of the NSA now say they’ve been kept in the dark

• A Federal judge who was on the secret spying court for 3 years says that it’s a kangaroo court

• Even the current judges on the secret spying court now admit that they’re out of the loop and powerless to exercise real oversight

• A former U.S. president says that the spying program shows that we no longer have a functioning democracy

• The chairs of the 9/11 Commission say that NSA spying has gone way too far

• Top constitutional experts say that Obama and Bush are worse than Nixon … and the Stasi East Germans

• While the government initially claimed that mass surveillance on Americans prevented more than 50 terror attacks, the NSA’s deputy director John Inglis walked that position back all the way to saying that – at the most – one (1) plot might have been disrupted by the bulk phone records collection alone. In other words, the NSA can’t prove that stopped any terror attacks. The government greatly exaggerated an alleged recent terror plot for political purposes (and promoted the fearmongering of serial liars). The argument that recent terror warnings show that NSA spying is necessary is so weak that American counter-terrorism experts have slammed it as “crazy pants”

• Even President Obama admits that you’re much less likely to be killed by terrorists than a car accident. So the government has resorted to lamer and lamer excuses to try to justify mass surveillance

• Experts say that the spying program is illegal, and is exactly the kind of thing which King George imposed on the American colonists … which led to the Revolutionary War

• The top counter-terrorism Czar under Clinton and Bush says that revealing NSA spying programs does not harm national security

• The feds are considering prosecuting the owner of a private email company – who shut down his business rather than turning over records to the NSA – for refusing to fork over the information and keep quiet. This is a little like trying to throw someone in jail because he’s died and is no longer paying taxes

• Whistleblowers on illegal spying have no “legal” way to get the information out

• There are indications that the government isn’t just passively gathering the information … but is actively using it for mischievous purposes

• Spying started before 9/11 … and various excuses have been used to spy on Americans over the years

• Governments and big corporations are doing everything they can to destroy anonymity

• Mass spying creates an easy mark for hackers. Indeed, the Pentagon now sees the collection of “big data” as a “national security threat” … but the NSA is the biggest data collector on the planet, and thus provides a tempting mother lode of information for foreign hackers

• Mass surveillance by the NSA directly harms internet companies, Silicon Valley, California … and the entire U.S. economy. And see these reports from Boingboing and the Guardian

• IT and security professionals are quite concerned about government spying

• Some people make a lot of money off of mass spying. But the government isn’t using the spying program to stop the worst types of lawlessness

• Polls show that the public doesn’t believe the NSA … and thinks that the government has gone way too far in the name of terrorism

• While leaker Edward Snowden is treated as a traitor by the fatcats and elites, he is considered a hero by the American public

• Congress members are getting an earful from their constituents about mass surveillance

• The heads of the intelligence services have repeatedly been caught lying about spying. And even liberal publications are starting to say that Obama has been intentionally lying about spying

• Only 11% of Americans trust Obama to actually do anything to rein in spying

• A huge majority of Americans wants the director of intelligence – Clapper – prosecuted for perjury

• While the Obama administration is spying on everyone in the country – it is at the same time the most secretive administration ever (background). That’s despite Obama saying he’s running the most transparent administration ever

• A Congressman noted that – even if a mass surveillance program is started for good purposes – it will inevitably turn into a witch hunt

• Surveillance can be used to frame you if someone in government happens to take a dislike to you

Recent studies by psychologists and social scientists in the US and UK suggest that contrary to mainstream media stereotypes, those labeled “conspiracy theorists” appear to be saner than those who accept the official versions of contested events.

The most recent study was published on July 8th by psychologists Michael J. Wood and Karen M. Douglas of the University of Kent (UK). Entitled “What about Building 7? A social psychological study of online discussion of 9/11 conspiracy theories,” the study compared “conspiracist” (pro-conspiracy theory) and “conventionalist” (anti-conspiracy) comments at news websites.

The authors were surprised to discover that it is now more conventional to leave so-called conspiracist comments than conventionalist ones: “Of the 2174 comments collected, 1459 were coded as conspiracist and 715 as conventionalist.” In other words, among people who comment on news articles, those who disbelieve government accounts of such events as 9/11 and the JFK assassination outnumber believers by more than two to one. That means it is the pro-conspiracy commenters who are expressing what is now the conventional wisdom, while the anti-conspiracy commenters are becoming a small, beleaguered minority.

Perhaps because their supposedly mainstream views no longer represent the majority, the anti-conspiracy commenters often displayed anger and hostility: “The research… showed that people who favoured the official account of 9/11 were generally more hostile when trying to persuade their rivals.”

Additionally, it turned out that the anti-conspiracy people were not only hostile, but fanatically attached to their own conspiracy theories as well. According to them, their own theory of 9/11 - a conspiracy theory holding that 19 Arabs, none of whom could fly planes with any proficiency, pulled off the crime of the century under the direction of a guy on dialysis in a cave in Afghanistan - was indisputably true. The so-called conspiracists, on the other hand, did not pretend to have a theory that completely explained the events of 9/11: “For people who think 9/11 was a government conspiracy, the focus is not on promoting a specific rival theory, but in trying to debunk the official account.”

In short, the new study by Wood and Douglas suggests that the negative stereotype of the conspiracy theorist - a hostile fanatic wedded to the truth of his own fringe theory - accurately describes the people who defend the official account of 9/11, not those who dispute it.

Additionally, the study found that so-called conspiracists discuss historical context (such as viewing the JFK assassination as a precedent for 9/11) more than anti-conspiracists. It also found that the so-called conspiracists to not like to be called “conspiracists” or “conspiracy theorists.”

Both of these findings are amplified in the new book Conspiracy Theory in America by political scientist Lance deHaven-Smith, published earlier this year by the University of Texas Press. Professor deHaven-Smith explains why people don’t like being called “conspiracy theorists”: The term was invented and put into wide circulation by the CIA to smear and defame people questioning the JFK assassination! “The CIA’s campaign to popularize the term ‘conspiracy theory’ and make conspiracy belief a target of ridicule and hostility must be credited, unfortunately, with being one of the most successful propaganda initiatives of all time.”

In other words, people who use the terms “conspiracy theory” and “conspiracy theorist” as an insult are doing so as the result of a well-documented, undisputed, historically-real conspiracy by the CIA to cover up the JFK assassination. That campaign, by the way, was completely illegal, and the CIA officers involved were criminals; the CIA is barred from all domestic activities, yet routinely breaks the law to conduct domestic operations ranging from propaganda to assassinations.

DeHaven-Smith also explains why those who doubt official explanations of high crimes are eager to discuss historical context. He points out that a very large number of conspiracy claims have turned out to be true, and that there appear to be strong relationships between many as-yet-unsolved “state crimes against democracy.” An obvious example is the link between the JFK and RFK assassinations, which both paved the way for presidencies that continued the Vietnam War. According to DeHaven-Smith, we should always discuss the “Kennedy assassinations” in the plural, because the two killings appear to have been aspects of the same larger crime.

Psychologist Laurie Manwell of the University of Guelph agrees that the CIA-designed “conspiracy theory” label impedes cognitive function. She points out, in an article published in American Behavioral Scientist (2010), that anti-conspiracy people are unable to think clearly about such apparent state crimes against democracy as 9/11 due to their inability to process information that conflicts with pre-existing belief.

In the same issue of ABS, University of Buffalo professor Steven Hoffman adds that anti-conspiracy people are typically prey to strong “confirmation bias” - that is, they seek out information that confirms their pre-existing beliefs, while using irrational mechanisms (such as the “conspiracy theory” label) to avoid conflicting information.

The extreme irrationality of those who attack “conspiracy theories” has been ably exposed by Communications professors Ginna Husting and Martin Orr of Boise State University. In a 2007 peer-reviewed article entitled “Dangerous Machinery: ‘Conspiracy Theorist’ as a Transpersonal Strategy of Exclusion,” they wrote:

“If I call you a conspiracy theorist, it matters little whether you have actually claimed that a conspiracy exists or whether you have simply raised an issue that I would rather avoid… By labeling you, I strategically exclude you from the sphere where public speech, debate, and conflict occur.”

But now, thanks to the internet, people who doubt official stories are no longer excluded from public conversation; the CIA’s 44-year-old campaign to stifle debate using the “conspiracy theory” smear is nearly worn-out. In academic studies, as in comments on news articles, pro-conspiracy voices are now more numerous - and more rational - than anti-conspiracy ones.

No wonder the anti-conspiracy people are sounding more and more like a bunch of hostile, paranoid cranks.

TX Congressman Says Obama’s Under Investigation By House, Senate & FBI – Will Impeachment Follow?

Congressman Kenny Marchant (R-TX), whose district includes several areas around Dallas and Ft. Worth and who is a member of the House Committee on Ways and Means and its Subcommittee on Oversight, received a letter from a reader over at Obama Release Your Records, who goes by the name of “Dougster” venting his frustration and desire for articles of impeachment to be brought against Barack Hussein Obama. Marchant replied, stating that Obama is “under the most scrutiny” and being investigated by the House, the Senate and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
Marchant indicated that as he views what is taking place with the investigations it is important for him to know the views and concerns of his constituents.
“I share your outrage over the multiple scandals involving the Internal Revenue Service, the State Department, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Justice, and other agencies under this Administration,” he wrote. “Each is alarming and each warrants a high degree of scrutiny.”
He went on to elaborate that when articles of impeachment are introduced, the House Judiciary Committee has jurisdiction to consider theme and collect critical information. From there, they would decide whether to move forward with charges that amount to “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”
If those things were settled, those articles of impeachment would then be presented to the House for a vote and, if passed, be sent to the Senate where a 2/3 majority vote would be required to remove Obama from office. Frankly, unless the Democrats believe they are going to be taken down with Obama that is not likely to happen.

“There are currently investigations underway in the House, the Senate, and at the FBI to gather as much information from the Administration as possible. I am involved with and support these investigations so that we can get all information about those that are responsible in order to hold them accountable. Namely, the President is under the most scrutiny and will have to face the truth of what we know to be fact in the many investigations.”

I’m not sure how things will pan out with impeachment, but honestly, if NSA and the FBI can dig up dirt on former CIA Director David Petraeus to get him to resign over and adulterous affair, can’t they get the goods on Barack Obama’s history? If they could do that, my guess is that there would be no need for impeachment. Simply send the Sergeant at Arms to arrest him and put him on trial before the American people, with a swift execution to follow, should he be found guilty. Otherwise, at least give it a go and impeach the usurper.

DHS insider: It's about to get very ugly

7 June 2013: Something quite unexpected happened just hours ago, in the dark of night, during a two-day layover in Washington, DC. My son and I are scheduled to take part in a seminar outside of Raleigh, North Carolina this weekend, so we combined our travels to include a side-trip to DC for a business meeting we had previously arranged. It was during this layover that something seemingly ripped from the pages of a spy novel took place.

While I was in the middle of a perfectly good and well needed sleep in the very early hours of this morning, I received a message. I cannot disclose how I received this message, at least not now. The discerning reader will understand why, which, by the way, would make a very interesting story alone. The message was extremely clear and precise. I was to meet my high level DHS insider at a very specific location in Washington, DC at a time when most 'normal' people, except third-shift workers are still asleep. And, I was to come alone and make certain that I was not being followed, and I was to leave any cell phone or electronic device behind.

Seriously? I thought, as I was still trying to make sense of it all. Is all this really necessary? Is this really happening? I considered waking my son to accompany me, but opted to follow the instructions to the letter. Besides, I thought, he's not the most affable middle-of-the-night person. I left a hastily written but detailed note in my hotel room before my departure in the event something happened. I looked at the digital clock on my rental car (my personal car would never survive our long distance trip). It was 3:20 a.m.

The meeting

I felt like I was part of a spy movie set in our nation?s capital. A chill rose up my spine as I waited in the dark of a chilly, misty and foggy pre-dawn morning. I was to meet with my DHS insider source at a time when most of the nation is asleep, at a place I could swear was featured in the movie All the President's Men. No one and I mean no one knows I'm here, I thought, as I could see one of the most recognizable national landmarks in the distance.

My source appeared out of nowhere, or so it seemed, and handed me a cup of coffee with the astute observation that I looked like I needed it. So tell me, I asked impatiently, why do we have to meet at this time, at this location, and under such specific circumstances? "Because this might be our last meeting," he stated.

Maybe it was the lack of sleep, the time, the place, or the chill of the misty rain that caused my sense of foreboding. "Explain," I asked in an almost demanding tone. So he did, without mincing words.

"If anyone thinks that what's going on right now with all of this surveillance of American citizens is to fight some sort of foreign enemy, they?re delusional. If people think that this 'scandal' can't get any worse, it will, hour by hour, day by day. This has the ability to bring down our national leadership, the administration and other senior elected officials working in collusion with this administration, both Republican and Democrats. People within the NSA, the Department of Justice, and others, they know who they are, need to come forth with the documentation of 'policy and practice' in their possession, disclose what they know, fight what's going on, and just do their job. I have never seen anything like this, ever. The present administration is going after leakers, media sources, anyone and everyone who is even suspected of 'betrayal.' That's what they call it, 'betrayal.' Can you believe the size of their cahones? This administration considers anyone telling the truth about Benghazi, the IRS, hell, you name the issue, 'betrayal,'" he said.

"We know all this already," I stated. He looked at me, giving me a look like I've never seen, and actually pushed his finger into my chest. "You don't know jack," he said, "this is bigger than you can imagine, bigger than anyone can imagine. This administration is collecting names of sources, whistle blowers and their families, names of media sources and everybody they talk to and have talked to, and they already have a huge list. If you're not working for MSNBC or CNN, you're probably on that list. If you are a website owner with a brisk readership and a conservative bent, you're on that list. It's a political dissident list, not an enemy threat list," he stated.

"What's that exactly mean, being on that list, that is," I asked, trying to make sense of it all.

"It means that there will be censorship under the color of authority of anyone in the U.S. who is attempting to expose what's going on in our name. It's about controlling any damning information from reaching epidemic proportions. It's damage control to the extreme. It's about the upcoming censorship of the internet in the name of national security. The plans are already in place. These latest reports about 'spying eyes' have turned this administration and others connected to it into something very, very dangerous. They feel cornered and threatened, and I'm hearing about some plans they have to shut down the flow of information that is implicating them of wrongdoing. Time is short," he stated.

"How are they going to do this? How is it even possible?" I asked.

"First, they intend to use the Justice Department to silence journalists like in the Rosen case, but they won't stop there. They will use a host of national security policies, laws, letters, whatever to take out the bigger threats," he stated.

Next, they will use some sort of excuse, an external threat, and I believe it will be a combination of the economic collapse and a Mid-East war that will begin in Syria to throttle the information that is accessible on the Internet. And you know what? People will believe it!"

Based on what I've seen, most of which I should not have seen, the DHS is co-ordinating efforts with other federal agencies to begin to threaten American citizens with incarceration for non-compliance. You know the old talk of color coded lists? Well, this is what they will be using. People exposing the truth about Benghazi, killing the U.S. Dollar, even those questioning Obama's legal status and eligibility to be President are the current targets. And they've had five long years to get to this point. The ugly truth is that these policies and practices did not start under Obama, but long before. This is about the killing of our Constitutional Republic. The murder of our country and the stripping of our rights. While many have been preoccupied with one issue, few have seen the bigger issue. This is the 'end game,' for all the marbles," he stated.

"Please," pleaded my source, "get this information out while you can. Tell people what I'm saying, that we don?t have much time, that after the latest exposure of spying, Obama, Jarrett, Axelrod, and others, including members of Congress, have put their plans into high gear. This is about the Marxist takeover of America. This is about our country being able to survive another July 4th holiday. This is about a world war about to break out that will kill millions of people, all because of the agenda of this administration."

"They are very dangerous and will do anything and everything to stop the onslaught of negative information that's being reported by the main stream media. My source provided additional information, but I am abiding by his wish to get this much out. I am writing now to let people know that we are in for seriously dangerous times ahead. Deadly times. War, and censorship under the color of authority and under the pretext of of national security. It's about to get a lot uglier. Stay tuned.
