You may have heard on the news about a Southern California man who was put under 72-hour psychiatric observation when it was found he owned 100 guns and allegedly had 100,000 rounds of ammunition stored in his home. The house also featured a secret escape tunnel.

By Southern California standards, someone owning 100,000 rounds is considered "mentally unstable."

In Michigan, he'd be called "The last white guy still living in Detroit." 

In Arizona, he'd be called "an avid gun collector."

In Arkansas, he'd be called "a novice gun collector."

In Utah, he'd be called "moderately well prepared," but they'd probably reserve judgment until they made sure that he had a corresponding quantity of stored food."

In Kansas, he'd be "A guy down the road you would want to have for a friend.

In Montana and South Dakota, he'd be called "The neighborhood 'Go-To' guy."

In Idaho, he'd be called "a likely gubernatorial candidate."

In Georgia, he'd be called "an eligible bachelor."

U.S DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY HAS TOLD BANKS - IN WRITING - IT MAY INSPECT SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES WITHOUT WARRANT AND SEIZE ANY GOLD, SILVER, GUNS OR OTHER VALUABLES IT FINDS INSIDE THOSE BOXES! According to in-house memos now circulating, the DHS has issued orders to banks across America which announce to them that "under the Patriot Act" the DHS has the absolute right to seize, without any warrant whatsoever, any and all customer bank accounts, to make "periodic and unannounced" visits to any bank to open and inspect the contents of "selected safe deposit boxes." Further, the DHS "shall, at the discretion of the agent supervising the search, remove, photograph or seize as evidence" any of the following items "bar gold, gold coins, firearms of any kind unless manufactured prior to 1878, documents such as passports or foreign bank account records, pornography or any material that, in the opinion of the agent, shall be deemed of to be of a contraband nature." DHS memos also state that banks are informed that any bank employee, on any level, that releases "improper" "classified DHS Security information" to any member of the public, to include the customers whose boxes have been clandestinely opened and inspected and "any other party, to include members of the media" and further "that the posting of any such information on the Internet will be grounds for the immediate termination of the said employee or employees and their prosecution under the Patriot Act." Safety deposit box holders and depositors are not given advanced notice when failed banks shut their doors. If people have their emergency money in a safe deposit box or an account in a bank that closes, they will not be allowed into the bank to get it out. They can knock on the door and beg to get in but the sheriff’s department or whoever is handling the closure will simply say “no” because they are just following orders. Deposit box and account holders are not warned of the hazards of banking when they sign up. It is not until they need to get their cash or valuables out in a hurry that they find themselves in trouble. Rules governing access to safe deposit boxes and money held in accounts are written into the charter of each bank. The charter is the statement of policy under which the bank is allowed by the government to do business. These rules are subject to change at any time by faceless bureaucrats who are answerable to no one. They can be changed without notice, without the agreement of the people, and against their will. People can complain but no one will care because this is small potatoes compared to the complaints that will be voiced when the executive order that governs national emergencies is enforced. That order allows the suspension of habeas corpus and all rights guaranteed under the Bill of Rights. A look at the fine print of the contract signed when a safety deposit box is opened reveals that in essence the signer has given to the bank whatever property he has put into that deposit box. When times are good people will be allowed open access to their safe deposit box and the property that is in it. This also applies to their bank accounts. But when times get really bad, many may find that the funds they have placed on deposit and the property they thought was secured in the safe deposit box now belong to the bank, not to them. Although this was probably not explained to them when they signed their signature card, this is what they were agreeing to. During the Great Depression in the early 1930’s people thought that many banks were going to fail. They were afraid they would lose their money so they went in mass to take it out, in what is known as a run on the banks. The government closed the banks to protect them from angry depositors who wanted their money back. Throughout history, governments have acted to protect the interests of banks and the wealthy people who own them, not the interests of depositors or box holders. In a time of emergency, people will have no recourse if access to their safe deposit box and bank accounts is denied. If they are keeping money in a bank that would be needed in an emergency or in a time when credit is no longer free flowing, they may not be able to get it out of the bank. The emergency may occur at night or on a weekend or holiday when the bank is closed. The solution is to take emergency cash or valuables out of the safe deposit box or bank account and secure them somewhere else, like in a home safe. An even better idea may be to close the safe deposit box account completely, letting someone else entertain the illusion of safety. Americans have learned a few things since the Great Depression. They now have the FDIC to liquidate any failed banks. The FDIC promises to set up a series of dates and times when safe deposit box renters can access their boxes by appointment to remove their property and surrender their keys. The FDIC also promises to mail bank customers an announcement of the dates for such events and include a question and answer page that addresses safe deposit box access. The people have the FDIC to give them back the money they had on deposit that they were unable to get out of any failed bank that carries FDIC insurance. Sheila Bair, head of the FDIC, promises that depositor`s money will be available in 24 hours or less. The founders were VERY clear about the purpose of the 2nd Amendment and it had nothing to do with hunting, sport or personal protection from street crime... it HAS everything to do with protection from treasonous leaders and out of control government. We know it's all a big show to keep us distracted and occupied and we don't buy a word of it anymore. We also know that all three branches of government have been taken over by Lawyers and the one cliche we do believe in is that if any one of them is moving their lips they are lying! We're also well aware of the unlawful and illegal fourth branch of government created unconstitutionally with the passing of the Administrative Act which has resulted in a complete dissolution of due process, law and equal protection. Now we have so called judges who think they are immune from their own criminal actions on the bench! We absolutely know what "human resources" means and we are fully educated on the irrefutable fact that we have been traded on the open market as if we were cattle; unfortunately for those responsible we are not dairy cows, have opposible thumbs and more closely resemble a Texas longhorn! We are aware of the hundreds of thousands of people in prisons just for the purpose of securitizing them and lining the pockets of the crooks.
The gig is up and the people are fed up. Washington has squandered our nation's wealth, resources and honor and collapse is imminent. So what? We are American's and we know how to act like Americans to stand up and solve the problems we face, help each other and defend our liberty. Which side of the fence do you intend to place yourself on?
All the absurd political distractions streamed at us in the mainstream media have become less entertaining than Sponge Bob Square Pants and we don't even watch anymore unless it's to get a clue as to what you guys would LIKE to see us paying attention to instead of what we SHOULD be paying attention to. The division isn't working, we don't buy the BS race card, don't care who marries who (my neighbor can marry his dog if he wants to what do I care), don't care if Ms. Whatsherface gets birth control or not so long as we don't have to pay for her lack of moral terpitude, and couldn't care less if the banks collapse due to their massive ponzi scheme of theft and financial rape of the nation. We don't need money that isn't money but nothing more than imaginary zeros on a computer screen. We know what value is and we know how to create and build on a legitimate monetary system. We're not all a bunch of entitlement junkies lining up for "Bama Phones" and food stamps nor do we ever wish to. We know the difference between charity and redistribution and we know the later leads to totalitarian slavery, not buying it.
Shame on you all. It is true what they say you know, what goes around definitely comes around and the guilty know who they are and should be needing sleeping pills and eyes in the back of their heads. They won't escape the retribution they deserve though, fate is funny that way and we all reap what we sew in the end. We the people accept our part as we allowed the D.C. crooks a free reign for far too long and we will willingly step up to save that which has and is being stolen from us. BTW.... the folks in Georgia now know about the illegal and unlawful Loyalty Oaths and the fact that we currently have not a single legally sworn judge, sheriff, representative, commissioner or any other elected official including Governor and AG. There has been a law suit filed on March 20, 2013, case number 2013-cv-167, for the illegal Loyalty oath and violation of Georgia law on the content thereof, sworn by Judge Thomas H. Wilson in the Superior Court of Munroe County Georgia. At last inquiry the clerk of said court is in direct and felonious violation of her oath of office by refusal to docket the case. Even the Attorney General's office has gotten in on the fun in an attempt to coerce the plaintiff, John Reynolds into dismissing the case. Of course upon further investigation it has been revealed that there are in fact NO lawfully sworn judges at this time to preside over the case, all of them having taken the same unlawful loyalty oath. Anyone care to read the Governor and Attorney General's Loyalty Oaths? No, the judges do not enjoy immunity from anything they have done while illegally presiding in Georgia's courts as they were not legally sworn judges (or elected officials either) when they did it. Unringing a bell is not possible and we cannot make things legitimate retroactively. The final part of the last sentence used in the oath under Georgia law must be: ", and I am not a member of the Communist Party." Just to make it easier you can look that up in Georgia codes 45-3-11 to 45-3-14. Funny how the Communists managed to take over our fair state just by omitting a comma and a few simple words isn't it? The question is, what are the people of Georgia going to do about it... what do you intend to do about it as a Georgian or are you going to try to duck that responsibility too?

GUN COMPANIES STOP SELLING TO GOVERNMENT..

Six gun companies have announced plans to stop selling any of their products to any government agency in states that severely limit the rights of private gun ownership.

Guard Dog...

Disappointed with New York State lawmakers and other jurisdictions around the country who have passed strict gun control legislation, the companies—composed of firearm manufacturers, gunsmiths, and sporting goods retailers—have announced these policies in the past week.
Their various statements emphasize that such laws create a class of government employees with rights and and a class of citizens without rights. Thus, they refuse to aid the enforcement of such inequality.
The announcements read:

• LaRue Tactical

Effective today, in an effort to see that no legal mistakes are made by LaRue Tactical and/or its employees, we will apply all current State and Local Laws (as applied to civilians) to state and local law enforcement / government agencies. In other words, LaRue Tactical will limit all sales to what law-abiding citizens residing in their districts can purchase or possess.

• Olympic Arms

Due the passing of this legislation, Olympic Arms would like to announce that the State of New York, any Law Enforcement Departments, Law Enforcement Officers, First Responders within the State of New York, or any New York State government entity or employee of such an entity - will no longer be served as customers.
In short, Olympic Arms will no longer be doing business with the State of New York or any governmental entity or employee of such governmental entity within the State of New York - henceforth and until such legislation is repealed, and an apology made to the good people of the State of New York and the American people.

• Extreme Firepower Inc, LLC

The Federal Government and several states have enacted gun control laws that restrict the public from owning and possessing certain types of firearms. It has been and will continue to be Cheaper Than Dirt’s policy to not to sell prohibited items to government agencies and/or agents in states, counties, cities, and municipalities that have enacted restrictive gun control laws against their citizens. We support and encourage other companies that share in this policy.

Second Amendment activist groups Guns Save Life and Grass Roots North Carolina are currently urging big gun manufacturers Sig Sauer, Smith and Wesson, and Glock to halt their sales to government agencies within states that have clamped down on their residents' right to bear arms.

Gun Manufacturers Refuse To Sell To Government Agencies




For months, we’ve been showing the hypocrisy of the left when it comes to guns. They don’t want guns for citizens to protect themselves, but they want guns for themselves, police, government officials and bodyguards. And no one can justify having an AR-15. Even though it is only a semi-automatic weapon like most handguns, they look scary, and therefore should not be accessible to citizens. Police and military, sure, but not ordinary people.
Well, it looks like those restrictions are backfiring. Six firearms manufacturers are fed up with these gun control laws around the country, and they’ve made announcements stating that they will no longer be selling their products to any government agency within a jurisdiction that restricts firearms from citizens.
Olympic Arms had this to say:

And liberals are all about making sure we all have “equal rights.” So, if these manufacturers are not allowed to sell a particular gun or clip to a regular, law-abiding citizen, then forget it, they’re not going to sell it to a police officer or the mayor’s security detail either.
Now, if we could just get Glock, Sig Sauer and Smith and Wesson on board, then that could do some real damage. If they do join the boycott, watch for the government mandate requiring that they continue manufacturing for the government.

A novel approach to the gun ownership issue...

Vermont State Rep. Fred Maslack has read the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, as well as Vermont's own Constitution very carefully, and his strict interpretation of these documents is popping some eyeballs in New England and elsewhere.

Maslack recently proposed a bill to register "non-gun-owners" and require them to pay a $500 fee to the state. Thus Vermont would become the first state to require a permit for the luxury of going about unarmed and assess a fee of $500 for the privilege of not owning a gun. Maslack read the "militia" phrase of the Second Amendment as not only the right of the individual citizen to bear arms, but as 'a clear mandate to do so'.
He believes that universal gun ownership was advocated by the Framers of the Constitution as an antidote to a "monopoly of force" by the government as well as criminals. Vermont’s constitution states explicitly that "the people have a right to bear arms for the defense of themselves and the State" and those persons who are "conscientiously scrupulous of bearing arms" shall be required to "pay such equivalent.."
Clearly, says Maslack, Vermonters have a constitutional obligation to arm themselves, so that they are capable of responding to "any situation that may arise."

Under the bill, adults who choose not to own a firearm would be required to register their name, address, Social Security Number, and driver's license number with the state. "There is a legitimate government interest in knowing who is not prepared to defend the state should they be asked to do so," Maslack says.

Vermont already boasts a high rate of gun ownership along with the least restrictive laws of any state .... it's currently the only state that allows a citizen to carry a concealed firearm without a permit. This combination of plenty of guns and few laws regulating them has resulted in a crime rate that is the third lowest in the nation.

" America is at that awkward stage. It's too late to work within the system, but too early to shoot the bastards."

This makes sense! There is no reason why gun owners should have to pay taxes to support police protection for people not wanting to own guns.
Let them contribute their fair share and pay their own way. Sounds reasonable to me! Non-gun owners require more police to protect them and this fee should go to paying for their defense!

July 26, 2012 (TSR) - A highly disturbing Ministry of Finance report on the largest bank fraud in history that is circulating in the Kremlin today warns that it is “within the realm of possibility” that the shocking movie massacre in Colorado this past week is but another “integral part” in the deliberate plan put in place by Western banking elites and their allies to collapse the global economy.
The massacre cited in this report is being referred to as the “2012 Aurora Shooting” wherein suspect James Holmes [photo 2^nd left] is purported to have opened fire during the playing of a movie killing 12 and injuring 58 in one of the worst mass shootings in recent US history. Interestingly, this report notes, James Holmes is extremely intelligent, a gifted scientist and grew up in an affluent neighborhood; an eerie similarity he shares with other noted American killers of the past 3 decades including Andrew Cunanan, John Gardner, John Hinckley, Timothy McVeigh, Ted Kaczynski, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold.
Most important to note about James Holmes, however, this report says, is that his father, Robert Holmes, was said to have been scheduled to testify within the next few weeks before a US Senate panel on the largest bank fraud scandal in world history that is currently unfolding and threatens to destabilize and destroy the Western banking system.
Robert Holmes, whose “blueblood” family links go back to the Mayflower, is known throughout the global banking community as being the creator of one of the most sophisticated computer algorithms ever developed and is credited with developing predictive models for financial services; credit and fraud risk models, first and third party application fraud models and internet/online banking fraud models. Educated at the University of California, Berkeley and Stanford University, Robert Holmes is currently the senior lead scientist with the American credit score company FICO, which was formally known as Fair, Isaac and Company, and which every American citizen is beholden to should they need to borrow money.
The massive banking crime being investigated by the US Senate is called the LIBOR Scandal where UK banks fixed the London Interbank Borrowing Rate with the complicity of the Bank of England, the US Federal Reserve (which knew about this crime for 4 years and didn’t report it) and many other major Western banks.
Not known to the majority of those affected by this LIBOR rate scandal (which is everyone in the world) is that its historically low setting of interests rates since the beginning of the Global Financial Crisis of 2007-2012 has done more to destroy the life savings, stock investments and retirements of Americas middle class than any other single event in their entire history.
Even worse, according to this report, Holmes recently completed his work on what is called one of the most sophisticated computer algorithms ever developed that not only uncovered the true intent of this massive fraud, but is, also, able to trace the Trillions of Dollars “lost” to the exact bank accounts of the elite classes who have stolen it.
Ministry intelligence officials note in this report that it is “no coincidence” that this Colorado massacre occurred within minutes of London’s Guardian News Service releasing their shocking report this past Saturday (21 July) titled “Wealth Doesn’t trickle Down – It Just Floods Offshore, Research Reveals” as Robert Holmes algorithms were said used to discover this massive fraud scheme.
Equally curious to note about this massacre is that the American intelligence website TheIntelHub.Com in their 23 July article titled “Hallmarks of a False Flag: Colorado University Held Identical Drill on Same Day as Aurora Theater Mass Shooting, Mind Control, and Multiple Suspects” states that just mere hours before this shocking crime was committed the Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine was holding an identical drill that simulated a shooter in a movie theater.
The popular InfoWars.Com website further notes that “false flag” events such as the Colorado massacre are actively planned for by the US Army as noted in their training manual titled “Foreign Internal Defense Tactics Techniques and Procedures for Special Forces”.
Even though the true objective of this massacre was may never be known, it is more than interesting to note that some in the “mainstream” US media are not accepting the “official line,” such as Fox News reporter Ben Swann from their WXIX-FOX19 station out of Cincinnati, Ohio, who asks:
“Why did Holmes go to the expense and trouble of rigging his apartment with an array of deadly explosives and then immediately tell police about the bombs when he was arrested? If Holmes wanted to kill as many people as possible, why warn the cops ahead of time?
Given the fact that Holmes was a graduate student in neuroscience, where did he obtain the skills to create a maze of bombs so complex that it took the FBI two days to disarm them? According to experts, the intricacy of the bombs was reminiscent of war zones – how could Holmes have set all this up without help from an explosives expert?
Despite police claiming “every single indicator” tells them the shooting was a lone wolf attack, numerous witnesses have described accomplices. Initial police reports that suggested the involvement of two or more shooters were quickly buried and the lone wolf narrative aggressively pushed.
As Swann points out, eyewitnesses interviewed after the shooting such as Corbin Dates state that Holmes received a phone call from someone while he was inside the theater and responded by moving to the emergency exit, suggesting the call was an accomplice coordinating the attack.
Dates also said he saw Holmes by the exit door “signaling somebody or looking for somebody to come his way.
Another eyewitness added, “From what we saw he wasn’t alone – he had someone with him. Because the second can of tear gas didn’t come from his side.”

policy on Wednesday and said it would back
launching talks on a treaty to regulate arms sales
as long as the talks operated by consensus, a
stance critics said gave every nation a veto.

The decision, announced in a statement released by
the U.S. State Department, overturns the position
of former President George W. Bush's
administration, which had opposed such a treaty on
the grounds that national controls were better.


On Wednesday Obama Took the First Major Step in a
Plan to Ban All Firearms in the United States. The
Obama administration intends to force gun control
and a complete ban on all weapons for US citizens
through the signing of international treaties with
foreign nations. By signing international treaties
on gun control, the Obama administration can use
the US State Department to bypass the normal
legislative process in Congress. Once the US
Government signs these international treaties, all
US citizens will be subject to those gun laws
created by foreign governments. These are laws that
have been developed and promoted by organizations
such as the United Nation sand individuals such as
George Soros and Michael Bloomberg. The laws are
designed and intended to lead to the complete ban
and confiscation of all firearms.


                                The Obama administration is attempting to use
tactics and methods of gun control that will
inflict major damage to our 2nd Amendment before US
citizens even understand what has happened. Obama
can appear before the public and tell them that he
does not intend to pursue any legislation (in the
United States) that will lead to new gun control
laws, while cloaked in secrecy, his Secretary of
State, Hillary Clinton is committing the US to
international treaties and foreign gun control
laws. Does that mean Obama is telling the truth?
What it means is that there will be no publicized
gun control debates in the media or votes in
Congress. We will wake up one morning and find that
the United States has signed a treaty that
prohibits firearm and ammunition manufacturers from
selling to the public. We will wake up another
morning and find that the US has signed a treaty
that prohibits any transfer of firearm ownership.
And then, we will wake up yet another morning and
find that the US has signed a treaty that requires
US citizens to deliver any firearm they own to the
local government collection and destruction center
or face imprisonment.

This is not a joke nor a false warning. As sure as
government health care will be forced on us by the
Obama administration through whatever means
necessary, so will gun control.
