Which 46 Senators Voted to Destroy Us ?


This agreement would have put gun control in the hands of the UN.

We came four votes away from the U.S. Senate giving our Constitutional rights over to the United Nations.

In a 53-46 vote, the Senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.

The Statement of Purpose from the Bill reads:

"To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty."

The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration,

would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms.

The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S.

and had language that would have implemented an international gun registry on all private guns and ammo.

Astonishingly, 46 out of our 100 United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power.

Here are the 46 senators who voted to give your rights to the U.N.

If this isn’t the best argument to repeal the 17^th Amendment and put the appointment of US Senators back into the State Legislature (as opposed the popular vote); I don’t know what is. Note the states “represented” by this pack of anti-US Constitution “Senators”. CO, MN, OR, IA, ME, PA, MO, VA, LA, VT, MI, SD, NM, WI, NV, FL, WV and MT Gun Owners, their families, their friends and their neighbors; do you really believe that the residents of your state want a federal government that guts the 2^nd Amendment – NOT by the process outlined in the US Constitution but by this back-door scheme to use the UN to subvert your rights and freedoms? Consider all the other Constitutional “guarantees” in The Bill of Rights and their (your) future.

They will try this again given the opportunity or the “popular” election of their fellow travelers. Do rural American residents really want US Senators that will deny them a gun when someone kicks in the back door at 2 AM? When a rabid wolf or coyote is in the yard or on your or your neighbor’s porch? When a wolf is attacking your dog or shadowing a child at the school bus stop or on the walk to their home?

These despicable US Senators (that ratify Treaties and confirm Presidential Appointees) do NOT represent you: they represent international cabals and domestic political party politics. You CANNOT recall them and defeating their reelection with all the national and international financial/media support is all but impossible. HOWEVER, you can scare the wits out of a State Legislator that used to and who could once again appoint, re-appoint or recall these traitorous turncoats if the 17^th Amendment was repealed. US Senators should represent their State and NOT national party political platforms and/or interests or organizations inimical to the interests and welfare of the State that sends them to the US Senate.

Georgia Arms is the 5th largest retailer of .223 Ammo in America . They sell 9mm, .45, .223 ammunition. They normally buy spent brass from the US Department of Defense. Spent brass is "one time used" shell cases used by our Military for training purposes. They buy the brass, recondition it, and then reload the brass for resale to Law Enforcement, Gun Clubs, Gun Shops, and stores like Wal-Mart. They normally buy 30,000 lbs of spent brass at a time. This week the DoD wrote a letter to the owner of Georgia Arms and informed him that from now on the DoD will be destroying the spent brass, shredding it. It will no longer be available to the ammo makers, unless they buy it in a scrap shredded condition (which they have no use for). The shredded brass is now going to be sold by the DoD to China as scrap metal, after the DoD pays for it to be shredded. The DoD is selling the brass to China for less money than the ammo makers have been paying, plus the DoD has to pay to have the brass shredded and do the accounting paperwork. This sure helps the economy now doesn't it? Sell cheaper to China , and do not sell at all to a proven US business. Any hidden agenda working here? Obama going after the Firearms Industry and our ammunition!! The Georgia Arms owner even related a story that one of his competitors had already purchased a load of brass last week. The DoD contacted him this week and said they were sending someone over to make sure it was destroyed. Shell cases he had already bought! The brass has no value to the ammo maker if it is destroyed/shredded/melted. The ammo manufacturer only uses the empty brass cases to reload different calibers, mainly .223 bullets. The owner of Georgia Arms says that he will have to lay off at least half of his 60 workers, within 2-3 months if the DoD will no longer sell spent brass cases to the industry. Georgia Arms has 2-3 months of inventory to use, by summer they're out. If the Reloading Industry has to purchase new manufacture brass cases, then the cost of ammunition will double or even triple, plus Obama wants to add a 500% tax on each shell. HOW TO DESTROY AMERICA ~ Ronald Reagan...

We know Dick Lamm as
the former Governor of Colorado. In that context his thoughts are
particularly poignant. Last
week there was an
immigration overpopulation conference in Washington, DC., filled to capacity
by many of America's
finest minds and leaders. A
brilliant college professor by the name of Victor Hansen Davis talked about
his latest book, "Mexifornia," explaining how immigration - both legal and
illegal was destroying the entire state of California. He said it would
march across the country until it destroyed all vestiges of The American
Dream.

Moments later, former
Colorado Governor Richard D. Lamm stood up and gave a stunning speech on how
to destroy
America.


The audience sat spell
bound as he described eight methods for the destruction of the United
States. He said, "If you
believe that America is too
smug, too self-satisfied, too rich, then let's destroy America. It is not
that hard to do. No
nation in history has
survived the ravages of time. Arnold Toynbee observed that all great
civilizations rise and fall
and that ‘An autopsy of
history would show that all great nations commit
suicide.’”


"Here is how they do
it," Lamm said.

"First, to destroy
America, turn America into a bilingual or multi-lingual and bicultural
country. History shows that no
nation can survive the
tension, conflict, and antagonism of two or more competing languages and
cultures. It is a bless-
ing for an individual to be bilingual; however,
it is a curse for a society to be bilingual. The historical scholar,
Seymour
Lipset, put it
this way: ‘The histories of bilingual and bicultural societies that do not
assimilate are histories of turmoil, tension, and tragedy.’ Canada, Belgium,
Malaysia, and Lebanon all face crises of national existence in which
minorities
press for
autonomy, if not independence. Pakistan and Cyprus have divided. Nigeria
suppressed an ethnic rebellion.
France faces difficulties
with Basques, Bretons, Corsicans and Muslims."


Lamm went
on:

"Second, to destroy
America, invent 'multi-culturalism' and encourage immigrants to maintain
their culture. Make it
an article of belief that
all cultures are equal; that there are no cultural differences. Make it an
article of faith that
the Black and Hispanic
dropout rates are due solely to prejudice and discrimination by the
majority. Every other
explanation is out of
bounds."

"Third, we could make
the United States an 'Hispanic Quebec' without much effort. The key is to
celebrate diversity
rather than unity. As
Benjamin Schwarz said in the Atlantic Monthly recently: 'The apparent
success of our own multi-
ethnic and multicultural experiment might have
been achieved not by tolerance but by hegemony. Without the domin-
ance
that once dictated ethnocentrism and what it meant to be an American, we are
left with only tolerance and plural-
ism to hold us together.' Lamm said,
"I would encourage all immigrants to keep their own language and culture. I
would
replace the
melting pot metaphor with the salad bowl metaphor. It is important to ensure
that we have various cultural subgroups living in America enforcing their
differences rather than as Americans, emphasizing their
similarities."

"Fourth, I would make
our fastest growing demographic group the least educated. I would add a
second underclass, unassimilated, undereducated, and antagonistic to our
population. I would have this second underclass have a 50% drop
out rate
from high school."

"My fifth point for destroying America
would be to get big foundations and business to give these efforts lots of
money.
I would invest in ethnic identity, and I would establish the cult
of 'Victimology.' I would get all minorities to think that
their lack of success was
the fault of the majority. I would start a grievance industry blaming all
minority failure on the majority
placation."

"My sixth plan for America's downfall
would include dual citizenship, and promote divided loyalties. I would
celebrate
diversity
over unity. I would stress differences rather than similarities. Diverse
people worldwide are mostly engaged
in hating each other - that
is, when they are not killing each other. A diverse, peaceful, or stable
society is against
most
historical precedent. People undervalue the unity it takes to keep a nation
together. Look at the ancient Greeks.
The Greeks believed that they
belonged to the same race; they possessed a common language and literature;
and they
worshipped the same gods. All Greece took part in the Olympic
games. A common enemy, Persia, threatened their
liberty. Yet all these bonds
were not strong enough to overcome two factors: local patriotism and
geographical condi-
tions that nurtured political divisions. Greece fell.
"E. Pluribus Unum" - From many, one. In that historical reality, if
we
put the emphasis on the 'pluribus' instead of the 'Unum,' we will "
Balkanize " America as surely as
Kosovo."

"Next to last, I would place all
subjects off limits. Make it taboo to talk about anything against the cult
of 'diversity.' I
would
find a word similar to 'heretic' in the 16th century - that stopped
discussion and paralyzed thinking. Words like
'racist' or 'xenophobe' halt
discussion and debate. Having made America a bilingual/bicultural country,
having establish-
ed multi-culturalism, having the large foundations fund
the doctrine of 'Victimology,' I would next make it impossible
to enforce our immigration
laws. I would develop a mantra: That because immigration has been good for
America, it
must always
be good. I would make every individual immigrant symmetric and ignore the
cumulative impact of millions
of
them."

In the last minute of his
speech, Governor Lamm wiped his brow. Profound silence followed. Finally he
said, "Lastly, I
would censor Victor Hanson Davis's book 'Mexifornia.'
His book is dangerous. It exposes the plan to destroy America. If
you feel America deserves to
be destroyed, don't read that
book."

There was no applause. A
chilling fear quietly rose like an ominous cloud above every attendee at the
conference.
Every
American in that room knew that everything Lamm enumerated was proceeding
methodically, quietly, darkly,
yet pervasively across the
United States today. Discussion is being suppressed. Over 100 languages are
ripping the
foundation
of our educational system and national cohesiveness. Even barbaric cultures
that practice female genital
mutilation are growing as we
celebrate 'diversity.' American jobs are vanishing into the Third World as
corporations
create a
Third World in America. Take note of California and other states. To date,
ten million illegal aliens and growing
fast. It is reminiscent of
George Orwell's book "1984." In that story, three slogans are engraved in
the Ministry of Truth building: "War is peace," "Freedom is slavery," and
"Ignorance is strength."

Governor Lamm walked back to
his seat. It dawned on everyone at the conference that our nation and the
future of this
great
democracy is deeply in trouble and worsening fast. If we don't get this
immigration monster stopped within three
years, it will rage like a
California wildfire and destroy everything in its path, especially The
American Dream.

Kansas Governor fights Feds over gun law...

TOPEKA, Kan. — U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has told Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback that a new state law attempting to block federal regulation of some guns is unconstitutional and that the federal government is willing to go to court over the issue.

But Brownback replied in a letter Thursday that Kansans hold dear their right to bear arms and are protecting the state's sovereignty. Secretary of State Kris Kobach, a former law professor who helped draft the law, accused the nation's top law enforcement official of "blustering" over the issue.

"The people of Kansas have clearly expressed their sovereign will," Brownback said at the conclusion of his letter. "It is my hope that upon further review, you will see their right to do so."

Kansas' law declares that the federal government has no authority to regulate guns, ammunition and accessories manufactured, sold and kept only in Kansas. The law also makes it a felony for a federal agent to enforce any law, regulation, order or treaty covering those items.

The new statute says that Kansas-only guns, ammunition and accessories aren't a part of interstate commerce, which the federal government regulates under the U.S. Constitution. But in a letter to Brownback, Holder said the Constitution prohibits states from pre-empting federal laws.

Holder sent his letter April 26, the day after the Kansas law took effect, and the U.S. attorney's office for Kansas released it Thursday.

"Kansas may not prevent federal employees and officials from carrying out their official responsibilities," Holder wrote in his letter. "And a state certainly may not criminalize the exercise of federal responsibilities."

Patricia Stoneking, president of the Kansas State Rifle Association, said gun rights supporters were prepared for such a response from President Barack Obama's administration. The president has sought new gun control measures since December's deadly mass elementary school shooting in Newtown, Conn.

The Republican governor is a gun rights supporter, and the measure passed the GOP-dominated Legislature by wide margins. Kobach also is a Republican.

"I think the people of Kansas are going to back this up," Stoneking said. "Probably thousands of grass-roots citizens are all in."

Brownback said in his letter to Holder: "The right to keep and bear arms is a right that Kansans hold dear."

The governor added, "The people of Kansas have repeatedly and overwhelmingly reaffirmed their commitment to protecting this fundamental right."

The Kansas law is modeled on a 2009 Montana law that is being reviewed by a federal appeals court, and Alaska lawmakers approved a similar measure last month. Alabama, Missouri and Oklahoma lawmakers are considering similar legislation.

Supporters of the Kansas law softened it - to say that federal agents wouldn't be arrested or detained while trials were pending - and insist that it will withstand court scrutiny. A federal agent convicted for the first time under the Kansas law could face six months in prison, though probation would be the presumed sentence.

"These hard-working federal employees cannot be forced to choose between the risk of a criminal prosecution and the continued performance of their federal duties," Barry Grissom, the U.S. attorney for Kansas, said in a statement Thursday.

But Kobach called Holder's analysis "simplistic and incorrect" and said the Kansas law is valid to protect the state's residents against unconstitutional measures enacted by Congress.

"We are very, very confident of our position," Kobach said in an interview. "The state of Kansas is not in any way afraid of a legal challenge."

The office of Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt has already anticipated a potential legal challenge from the federal government, and has asked legislators to increase its budget by $225,000 over the next two years to cover litigation costs.

Stoneking said a dispute could arise after a local gunsmith sells a firearm manufactured in Kansas to a state resident without complying with federal requirements for a background check on the buyer or registering the gun. Kobach agreed.

"Until that actually happens, there won't be any litigation," Stoneking said. "The federal government will have to have some way of finding out."

Supporters of the Kansas law have said they worry about attempts by the federal government to restrict or ban the sale of some weapons - or even confiscate them.

Holder said in his letter that federal law enforcement agencies will "continue to execute their duties to enforce all federal firearms laws and regulations.

"Moreover, the United States will take all appropriate action, including litigation if necessary, to prevent the State of Kansas from interfering with the activities of federal officials enforcing federal law," Holder wrote.
