SOVEREIGNTY AND THE HEALTHCARE LAW...

WHAT IS SOVEREIGNTY?
     WHAT IS FREEDOM?
The Authority of Public Servants and Officers of the Court is conveyed upon them by the Sovereign Citizens that elect them into office or by other elected officials like the Governor of the State that appoints lower court Judges and Magistrates. The ultimate Authority is with the Sovereign Citizen and with GOD. The common citizen has a thousand times more Authority than a Judge not in his Oath of Office. They frequently forget this.

A court of LAW must proceed under Oath of Office and in Truth. A Court not in his or her Oath of Office and in Truth is breaking the law by embezzling public funds and has absolutely no authority whatever. Once an Officer of the Court takes the Oath of Office they become public servants and lose their Sovereign Citizenship. It is because he or she is being paid with public funds (your tax money).  If an Officer of the Court refused to disclose that he or she is in their Oath of Office before and during trial then there is no Court and the Court is in fraud. You need to inform them about this fact. You simply ask, “Are you in your Oath of office today?” If there is no answer then you say, “If you are not in your Oath then there is no court. I will now leave the courtroom.” If there is no Court then I am free to leave.

The new health care law is an attempt by the to take away your Sovereignty.  Once you sign up you become a slave that must obey orders to buy insurance or go to prison.  As far as I can determine there is no way you can reverse the process and gain bank your socereignty. You may have to pay the government fines until you die???

The IRS is the enforcer. When you sign up for any kind of government benefits you are taking public funds and give up your Sovereign status and become a ward of the Federal Government and the State. You are no longer a free man or sovereign citizen. Every government agency including your local police department, FBI, CIA, NSA and many others has complete access to your medical records. They will be able to track your every move by the paper trail and determine the state of your health and mental state.
Once you sign up for the so-called, “FREE” health care as far as I know you have to pay for it are for the rest of your life. Besides the 800,000 people working for the IRS you have the following list of government agencies that can access your personal records.

Before you enter any hospital you will be forced to take a flu vaccine injection composed of 22 different viruses, thermisel mercury and other contaminants to dumb you down and weaken your immune system. The viruses are supposed to be weakened so that in theory your body can fight them off but how do you know this to be true?

THE FOLLOWING IS a Wikipedia list OF GOVERNMENT LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES THAT CAN (pry into) YOUR PERSONAL MEDICAL RECORDS.
The Federal government of the United States empowers a wide range of law enforcement agencies.
Statistics
In 2004, federal agencies employed approximately 105,000 full-time personnel authorized to make arrests and carry firearms in the 50 states and the District of Columbia. Compared with 2002, employment of such personnel increased by 13%. This is now 2014. Try ti imagine how many there are now…
Nationwide, there were 36 federal officers per 100,000 residents. Outside the District of Columbia, which had 1,662 per 100,000, State ratios ranged from 90 per 100,000 in Arizona to 7 per 100,000 in Iowa.
As of 2004, about 3 in 4 federal law enforcement officers working outside the Armed Forces were employed within the Department of Homeland Security or the Department of Justice.
Federal officers’ duties included criminal investigation (38%), police response and patrol (21%), corrections and detention (16%), inspections (16%), court operations (5%), and security and protection (4%).
Women accounted for 16% of federal officers in 2004, an increase from 14.8% in 2002.
A third (33.2%) of federal officers were members of a racial or ethnic minority in 2004. This included 17.7% who were Hispanic or Latino, and 11.4% who were black or African American. In 2002, racial or ethnic minorities officers comprised 32.4% of federal officers.
Twenty-seven federal offices of inspector general (IG) employed criminal investigators with arrest and firearm authority in 2004. Overall, these agencies employed 2,867 such officers in the 50 states and District of Columbia.[3]

Federal law enforcement possess authority, given to them under numerous parts of the United States Code (U.S.C.). Federal law enforcement officers enforce various laws, generally only the federal level. There are exceptions, with some agencies and officials enforcing state and tribal codes. Most are limited by the U.S. Code to investigating matters that are explicitly within the power of the federal government. Some federal investigative powers have become broader in practice, since the passage of the USA PATRIOT Act in October 2001.

The Department of Justice was formerly the largest but remains the most prominent collection of law enforcement agencies, and handled most law enforcement duties at the federal level.[1] It includes the United States Marshals Service (USMS), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), and others. In 2002, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was created by an act of Congress.

There is also U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) which includes the Office of Air and Marine, the Office of Border Patrol, and the Office of Field Operations. CBP's components have the primary responsibility of enforcing customs and immigration laws at and between the ports of entry of the United States; the Federal Protective Service (FPS) is responsible for federal law enforcement in federal buildings and properties. Including elements of the U.S. Coast Guard and the U.S. Transportation Security Administration, DHS now has more sworn armed federal law enforcement agents and officers than any other department of the United States government.

While the majority of federal law enforcement employees work for the departments of Justice and Homeland Security, there are dozens of other federal law enforcement agencies under the other executive departments, as well as under the legislative and judicial branches of the federal government.

History
Federal law enforcement in the United States is well over two hundred years old. For example, the Postal Inspection Service can trace its origins back to 1772.[2]

GOVERNMENT SPYING ON AMERICANS...!!!

You Won’t BELIEVE What’s Going On with Government Spying on Americans

New Revelations Are Breaking Every Day

Revelations about the breathtaking scope of government spying are coming so fast that it’s time for an updated roundup:
  • NSA whistleblowers say that the NSA collects all of our conversations word-for-word
  • While the government initially claimed that mass surveillance on Americans prevented more than 50 terror attacks, the NSA’s deputy director John Inglis walked that position back all the way to saying that – at the mostone (1) plot might have been disrupted by the bulk phone records collection alone. In other words, the NSA can’t prove that stopped any terror attacks. The government greatly exaggerated an alleged recent terror plot for political purposes (and promoted the fearmongering of serial liars). The argument that recent terror warnings show that NSA spying is necessary is so weak that American counter-terrorism experts have slammed it as “crazy pants”
  • The feds are considering prosecuting the owner of a private email company – who shut down his business rather than turning over records to the NSA – for refusing to fork over the information and keep quiet. This is a little like trying to throw someone in jail because he’s died and is no longer paying taxes
  • Mass spying . Indeed, the Pentagon now sees the collection of “big data” as a “national security threat” … but the NSA is the biggest data collector on the planet, and thus provides a tempting mother lode of information for foreign hackers
  • IT and security professionals are quite concerned about government spying
  • Congress members are getting an earful from their constituents about mass surveillance
  • Only 11% of Americans trust Obama to actually do anything to rein in spying
  • A Congressman noted that – even if a mass surveillance program is started for good purposes – it will inevitably turn into a witch hunt

Crooks in government? Welcome to reality...

CROOKED CROOKS!!! WELCOME TO REALITY....

Is this a sweetheart deal or what???

It has recently been disclosed that the United States has entered into a contract with one firm to sell 56 buildings that currently house US Post Offices. The government has decided that it no longer needs these buildings (many of which are located on prime land in towns and cities across the country). The sale of these properties will bring in billions of dollars and, with that, millions of dollars in commissions for the one company that is in charge of handling the sale and negotiation of the new leases.
What makes this such a matter of concern is that the company that the Government has contracted with to conduct the sales (and the corresponding leases for the new locations of the displaced post offices) is owned by Richard Blum .
What? Didn't that name mean anything to you? Maybe I should re-phrase and say that the person that owns the company that is solely in charge of this multi-million- dollar transaction is Richard Blum, the husband of Senator Dianne Feinstein. No wonder she supports gun legislation - she and her husband can just go on stealing from an unarmed populace.
Even Berkeley CA is outraged.

How to wash a cat...

Some of you have heard this, but pass it on to those who need a good laugh !!!!!!!

How to Wash a Cat

Go into the bathroom and put both lids of the toilet up
Add 1/8 cup of pet shampoo to water in the bowl
Pick up the cat - soothe him while you carry him toward the bathroom
In one smooth movement, put the cat in the toilet and close the lid.
You may need to stand on the lid.
At this point the cat will self agitate and make ample suds.
Never mind the noise that comes from the toilet, the cat is actually enjoying this!!!!!!
Flush the toilet 3-4 times.
This provides a "Power-Wash & Rinse"
Have someone open the front door of your home.
Be sure no one is in the path between the bathroom and the front door.
Stand well back behind the toilet as far as you can and quickly lift the lid.
The cat will rocket out of the toilet, streak through the bathroom and run outside
He will now dry himself.
Both your toilet and your cat will be sparkling clean.

Sincerely,
The Dog

GUN COMPANIES STOP SELLING TO GOVERNMENT..

I updated this article. Go to end...
Six gun companies have announced plans to stop selling any of their products to any government agency in states that severely limit the rights of private gun ownership.
Guard Dog...

Disappointed with New York State lawmakers and other jurisdictions around the country who have passed strict gun control legislation, the companies—composed of firearm manufacturers, gunsmiths, and sporting goods retailers—have announced these policies in the past week.
Their various statements emphasize that such laws create a class of government employees with rights and and a class of citizens without rights. Thus, they refuse to aid the enforcement of such inequality.
The announcements read:
Effective today, in an effort to see that no legal mistakes are made by LaRue Tactical and/or its employees, we will apply all current State and Local Laws (as applied to civilians) to state and local law enforcement / government agencies. In other words, LaRue Tactical will limit all sales to what law-abiding citizens residing in their districts can purchase or possess.
Due the passing of this legislation, Olympic Arms would like to announce that the State of New York, any Law Enforcement Departments, Law Enforcement Officers, First Responders within the State of New York, or any New York State government entity or employee of such an entity - will no longer be served as customers.
In short, Olympic Arms will no longer be doing business with the State of New York or any governmental entity or employee of such governmental entity within the State of New York - henceforth and until such legislation is repealed, and an apology made to the good people of the State of New York and the American people.
The Federal Government and several states have enacted gun control laws that restrict the public from owning and possessing certain types of firearms. Law-enforcement agencies are typically exempt from these restrictions. EFI, LLC does not recognize law-enforcement exemptions to local, state, and federal gun control laws. If a product that we manufacture is not legal for a private citizen to own in a jurisdiction, we will not sell that product to a law-enforcement agency in that jurisdiction.
We will not sell arms to agents of the state of New York that hold themselves to be "more equal" than their citizens.

As long as the legislators of New York think they have the power to limit the rights of their citizens, in defiance of the Constitution, we at Templar will not sell them firearms to enforce their edicts.

Templar Custom is announcing that the State of New York, any Law Enforcement Departments, Law Enforcement Officers, First Responders within the State of New York, or any New York State government entity or employee will no longer be served as customers.
Based on the recent legislation in New York, we are prohibited from selling rifles and receivers to residents of New York. We have chosen to extend that prohibition to all governmental agencies associated with or located within New York. As a result we have halted sales of rifles, short barreled rifles, short barreled shotguns, machine guns, and silencers to New York governmental agencies.

Recently, companies such as LaRue Tactical and Olympic Arms have announced that they will no longer sell prohibited items to government agencies and personnel in states that deny the right to own those items to civilians. It has been and will continue to be Cheaper Than Dirt’s policy to not to sell prohibited items to government agencies and/or agents in states, counties, cities, and municipalities that have enacted restrictive gun control laws against their citizens. We support and encourage other companies that share in this policy.
Second Amendment activist groups Guns Save Life and Grass Roots North Carolina are currently urging big gun manufacturers Sig Sauer, Smith and Wesson, and Glock to halt their sales to government agencies within states that have clamped down on their residents' right to bear arms.

Gun Manufacturers Refuse To Sell To Government Agencies

gun-boycott

For months, we’ve been showing the hypocrisy of the left when it comes to guns. They don’t want guns for citizens to protect themselves, but they want guns for themselves, police, government officials and bodyguards. And no one can justify having an AR-15. Even though it is only a semi-automatic weapon like most handguns, they look scary, and therefore should not be accessible to citizens. Police and military, sure, but not ordinary people.
Well, it looks like those restrictions are backfiring. Six firearms manufacturers are fed up with these gun control laws around the country, and they’ve made announcements stating that they will no longer be selling their products to any government agency within a jurisdiction that restricts firearms from citizens.
Olympic Arms had this to say:

“Due to the passing of this legislation, Olympic Arms would like to announce that the State of New York, any Law Enforcement Departments, Law Enforcement Officers, First Responders within the State of New York, or any New York State government entity or employee of such an entity – will no longer be served as customers. In short, Olympic Arms will no longer be doing business with the State of New York or any governmental entity or employee of such governmental entity within the State of New York – henceforth and until such legislation is repealed, and an apology made to the good people of the State of New York and the American people.”
Here’s another statement from York Arms:
“Based on the recent legislation in New York, we are prohibited from selling rifles and receivers to residents of New York. We have chosen to extend that prohibition to all governmental agencies associated with or located within New York. As a result we have halted sales of rifles, short-barreled rifles, short barreled shotguns, machine guns, and silencers to New York governmental agencies.”
Other manufacturers include LaRue Tactical, Extreme Firepower, Templar Custom and Cheaper than Dirt.
They’re only being consistent and fair. And liberals are all about making sure we all have “equal rights.” So, if these manufacturers are not allowed to sell a particular gun or clip to a regular, law-abiding citizen, then forget it, they’re not going to sell it to a police officer or the mayor’s security detail either.
Now, if we could just get Glock, Sig Sauer and Smith and Wesson on board, then that could do some real damage. If they do join the boycott, watch for the government mandate requiring that they continue manufacturing for the government.
