112th CONGRESS

2d Session

H. R. 6566
To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to require the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to provide guidance and coordination for mass fatality planning, and for other purposes.

IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

September 28, 2012

Ms. RICHARDSON introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and in addition to the Committee on Homeland Security, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

A BILL
To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to require the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to provide guidance and coordination for mass fatality planning, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘Mass Fatality Planning and Religious Considerations Act’.

SEC. 2. FINDINGS.

    Congress finds the following:
      (1) Emergency preparedness often plans for how to prepare and provide for survivors of a natural disaster, act of terrorism, or other man-made disaster, but fails to plan for how to prepare for and respond to mass fatalities that result from such an incident.
      (2) Funeral homes, cemeteries, and mortuaries could be overwhelmed should mass fatalities arise from a natural disaster, act of terrorism, or other man-made disaster.
      (3) Different religions have different customs surrounding death; for example, the Jewish and Muslim religions call for burial of the deceased not later than 48 hours after death.

SEC. 3. PREPAREDNESS FOR MASS FATALITIES RESULTING FROM A NATURAL DISASTER, ACT OF TERRORISM, OR OTHER MAN-MADE DISASTER.

Section 504 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 314) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection:
‘(c) Preparedness for Mass Fatalities- In carrying out this section, the Administrator shall provide guidance to and coordinate with appropriate individuals, including representatives from different communities, private sector businesses, non-profit organizations, and religious organizations, to prepare for and respond to a natural disaster, act of terrorism, or other man-made disaster that results in mass fatalities.’

Why is the government spending billions building detention camps?

Six years ago I did the numbers on the Fairbanks detention camp to find out if such a thing is possible. The numbers tell a gruesome story outrivaling anything Hitler could dream up. In order to take care of 2-million people and feed them this is what you need. For example, if you employed half the people in the entire state of Alaska 2-mllion divided by 350,000 = 5714 people. There is no way that one person could take care of 5714 people so obviously something is drastically wrong here.

What will happen to the dogs and cats owned by 2-million people? Who will take care of them?

Now let’s see how much food 2-million people would need to keep them alive. If you rationed the people to 1/2 pound of dried food a day you would need 1-million pounds of food a day. Where is this food going to come from? Say for instance, you brought a ship into Anchorage once a month carrying 30-million pounds of rice you might be able to keep them alive for a little while. However there is not enough people to cook 1-million pounds of rice a day. Where would you get the energy come from to cook 1-million pounds of rice each day?

Say for example, you charted jet airplanes to fly two million pounds of food into Fairbanks each day to keep the people alive, how many 747 plane loads would it take. Two million pounds is 1000 tones. Each plane can carry about 120,000 pounds or about 60-tons of food so you would need 17 plane loads each day flying into Fairbanks to feed the people. Where would the 1000 tons of food come from. Is there enough grain stored in Louisiana and how long would the supply last. What is on the government’s mind? Why did they build the 800 detention camps?

Human gene code altered by vaccines?

Here is one Doctor's thoughts on the H1N1 (Swine Flu) shots.  Certainly makes one wonder what to do.

DR. RUSSELL BLAYLOCK ON SWINE FLU

This is an email sent to a friend of Dr. Blaylock and is now being forwarded to anyone interested. Please pass it along. Also note the attached biography of Dr. Blaylock. Dr. Blaylock is a board certified neurosurgeon, author and lecturer. He attended the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed his general surgical internship and neurosurgical residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.

No one should take this vaccine (Swine Flu vaccine)—it is one of the most dangerous vaccines ever devised. It contains an immune adjuvant called squalene (MF-59) which has been shown to cause severe autoimmune disorders such as MS, rheumatoid arthritis and Lupus.

The newsletter for August covers this and it may not be out yet. This is the vaccine adjuvant that is strongly linked to the Gulf War syndrome, which killed over 10,000 soldiers and caused a 200% increase in the fatal disease ALS (Lou Gehreg disease). This virus H1N1 kills by causing a “cytokine storm”, which means that it causes the body’s immune system to overreact and that is why it is killing young people and is a mild disease in the elderly. (The elderly have weakened immune systems.) This vaccine is a very powerful immune stimulator and carries the real possibility of making the lethality of the virus much greater.

One’s best protection is vitamin D3.. One should take 5000 IU a day now and when the disease begins to spread increase the dose to 15,000 IU a day. Vitamin D3 modulates the immune reaction, reducing the chance of an overreaction and stimulates the body to produce what are called antimicrobial peptides, which are powerful killers of viruses that does not involve immunity. This is dose related, which means the higher the dose of vitamin D3 the better the protection. Fish oils (the best is Carlson’s Norwegian lemon flavored fish oil) also reduce immune overreaction. One teaspoon a day should be sufficient. For severe symptoms, one teaspoon twice a day.

Antioxidants of various kinds also help—this includes, quercetin, curcumin, grape seed  extract, vitamin C and natural vitamin E. A good multivitamin/mineral such as Extend Core (www.vrp.com) is also essential.

Feel free to spread this around. People need to know how to protect themselves. Type in the following in your search venue on the internet: Dr. Russell Blaylock on 1976 Swine Flu and Outbreak Today.

Since the above was leaked to the Internet we learned that mycoplasma and micro virus mixed into the various vaccines given to our young men permanently alter their gene code. Now we have 17,000 young men raising families with altered gene codes.??? What will the human race look like in a hundred years—two-hundred…?

All you old duffers out there take your flue shots. It will save the government billions in social security payments.
