Surah 9:123 commands: " Believers, make war on the infidels who dwell around you. Deal firmly with them.
Know that [Allah] is with the righteous."

Surah 9:39 warns: " If you do not go to war, [Allah] will punish you sternly, and will replace you with other men."
Surah 8:12 states: " [Allah] revealed his will to the Angels, saying: " I shall be with you.  Give courage to the believers. I shall cast terror into the hearts of the infidels.  Strike off their heads, strike off the very tips of their fingers! "'

Obama sends thank you note to Oklahoma be-header's mosque

The president wrote a thank you note to the mosque that spawned the Oklahoma be-header. Go figure.

The note was hand-delivered by David Myers, a DHS Director. Myers not only delivered the note, he also read it aloud to the congregation.

Quite a bit of pomp and circumstance when one considers the circumstance.

Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch reports, quoting KFOR TV:

Today, an official from Washington D.C. flew in to Oklahoma to present a special thank you to the Muslim congregation.

He read a message from President Barrack [sic] Obama, extending warm greetings from the American people during the Muslim holiday.

“Your service is a powerful example of the powerful roots of the Abrahamic faiths and how our communities can come together with shared peace with dignity and a sense of justice.”….

KFOR claimed the killing was unrelated to the mosque (I guess they did their own thorough independent investigation) while noting that the FBI said the beheading “has nothing to do with the Muslim faith.”;

Whew, that’s reassuring. Because for a minute I thought there might be a connection, what with the beheader’s conversion to Islam; his wish to be called Mohammed; his badgering co-workers to convert; his Facebook page replete with jihad-inspired comments and pictures including a photograph of a beheaded person; his shouting Islamic phrases while carrying out his savage acts; and his recent request for a Muslim attorney.

And I guess it’s also a crazy coincidence that the mosque sells a book that calls for replacing non-Islamic governments with Islamic ones. And that an imam who recently preached at the mosque endorsed “convert, pay the jizyah tax and live under Islamic rule, or jihad.” And that a former imam at the mosque with ties to al-Qaeda now preaches at the mosque in Boston that the Tsarnaev brothers attended.

And surely all the violence in the Koran, including the mandate to behead infidels, would also be unrelated.

Silly me. I thought this might be relevant.

So, to recap: Common sense has flown the coop. Stupidity reigns. The Oklahoma mosque is not being investigated. Instead, it gets a thank you note from the president.

Oh, and if I can just rant aloud here for a moment: How dare the president presume to send “warm greetings” from Americans. I send no warm greetings to this mosque. No greetings of any kind.

We now live about 30 miles from Fresno. We are up in the Sierras and Fresno is the first big town we encounter when we leave the mountains. We shop there often. I received this from my ex-homicide partner who is still active in law enforcement circles in the Fresno area. Excuse the language, but don't excuse the facts. Don't give up your guns, and buy necessary ammunition if you can find it. Be cautious and alert. Be ready if, God forbid, we need to protect our families and loved ones. If you weren't at Rotary meeting on Friday, you missed the only decent speaker we've had in more than a year. L TC John Cotter is the 144th Fighter Wing's anti terrorism officer. John had a two-part presentation. First part was describing his job as the unit's anti-terrorism officer. Pretty standard stuff. The second part was information that will curl your hair. A Part-time air guardsman works as a checker at local Von's. Two women in full burkas buy every pre-paid cell phone in the store. Clerk/airman gets to thinking about it. Goes to Cotter and reports incident. Cotter asks store for surveillance video. It's scary enough that he contacts Fresno FBI. FBI investigates and determines these women have been doing this all over the Valley. Cell phones shipped through Canada to Iraq/Afghanistan where they become triggers for roadside bombs. The Shell station at Peach and Shaw. Every time a local GI goes there in fatigues they are asked specific questions. What is your unit? When are you deploying? How many aircraft are you taking? The F-16s out of Fresno fly CAP for west coast. As such they are the first line of defense so they have the US 's most sophisticated air-to-air missiles. Foreign governments would like to get their hands on those missiles or at least learn how to build them. Also how many we have, etc. Two spy groups are working on it, one based at Fashion Fair Mall (the F-16s take-off pattern) and one based at Sierra Vista Mall (the F-16s landing pattern). Cotter said the ragheads (but we don't profile) are always probing the base. Two dorks in a pickup show up at the front gate wanting to deliver a package marked Air National Guard, Fresno ... No postage, no UPS, no FedEx, no DHL, no nothing. Just a probe. I asked Cotter why we haven't seen anything about this in The Bee, on KMJ, on local TV news. He said they're not interested. Since Friday I've learned of two other things. My brother-in-law, Frank, (management at Avaya) had a Muslim tech who took a leave-of-absence for 6 weeks in Afghanistan . After the 6 weeks were up he called from New York requesting an extension. Frank (who does profile) said, you're fired, and called the Fresno FBI who were very interested. Don't know the outcome. A Muslim who owns a liquor store in my former hometown of Kingsburg was constantly bugging customers to buy guns for him. Finally one of the guys I grew up with called the FBI. We are a country at war and the enemy is among us. I don't care what Janet Napolitano says, it's a fight to the death and we should be as prepared as possible. Brother-in-law Frank has a theory and I think it may be closer to the truth than Homeland Security wants to admit. Obama and Janet Napolitano appointed Arif Alikhan, a devout Muslim, as Assistant Secretary for Policy Development. DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano swore-in Kareem Shora, a devout Muslim, who was born in Damascus, Syria, as ADC National Executive Director as a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council (HSAC). NOTE: Has anyone ever heard a new government official being identified as a 'devout Catholic," a "devout Jew" or a "devout Protestant"...? Just wondering. Devout Muslims have been appointed to critical Homeland Security positions? Doesn't this make you feel safer already?? That should make our home land much safer, huh!? Wasn't it "devout Muslim men" who flew planes into U.S. buildings a few years ago? Wasn't it a "devout Muslim man" who killed 13 at FortHood ?             Since the Gods gave us dominion over the planet and Moses walked the land oxygen levels have fallen from 26% to 20%, half of all plant and animal species are extinct, 2/3rds of the rainforests have been cut down, half the oxygen producing plankton in the oceans is missing, half the fish populations are gone, oceans are polluted with plastic and oil, half of the continents have been turned into deserts, half of all arable land is depleted of minerals, and most of the topsoil has been washed downstream into the oceans. Thousands of tons of radioactive waste have been dumped into the oceans. The Chernobyl meltdown contaminated most of the food in the Soviet Union. Over five thousand nuclear bombs have been detonated worldwide. Fukushima reactors are pumping out radiation with no end in sight. Most of the land in the Middle East and Europe has been contaminated with depleted uranium. For the human race to survive the next 100 years we need to come up with a better plan.

            We are at a fork in the road where we could witness the end of western civilization. We need to create jobs and follow in the footsteps of the rest of the world by utilizing other sources of energy. This will reduce our dependence on foreign oil and save lives, save resources and eliminate wars. Corporate greed and our monetary system are partially to blame for this destruction of the environment. Maybe we should take a closer look at the Quaker and Mennonite methods of sustainable agriculture that doesn’t burden the environment?   

I envision small villages or colonies of five to ten families each living in harmony with nature on five to forty acres of land. Each colony will have one or more aquaponic greenhouse capable of providing all the protein and plant nutrients with enough surpluses left over to trade with populated areas to purchase farm equipment. Each colony will utilize solar, wind and clean burning pellet stoves. Transportation costs are reduced substantially. The consumption of oil for transportation and plowing up the land will be reduced to a minimum. Sustainable agriculture is one that doesn’t burden the environment. Little or no soil is used and the only coal and oil burned will be in certain industrial centers for the production of solar cells and machinery.

Scientist fired who discovered GMO health hazard...

Scientist that discovered GMO health hazards immediately fired, team dismantled

(NaturalNews) Though it barely received any media attention at the time, a renowned British biochemist who back in 1998 exposed the shocking truth about how genetically-modified organisms (GMOs) cause organ damage, reproductive failure, digestive dysfunction, impaired immunity, and cancer, among many other conditions, was immediately fired from his job, and the team of researchers who assisted him dismissed from their post within 24 hours from the time when the findings went public.

Arpad Pusztai, who is considered to be one of the world's most respected and well-learned biochemists, had for three years led a team of researchers from Scotland's prestigious Rowett Research Institute (RRI) in studying the health effects of a novel GM potato with built-in Bt toxin. Research out of Egypt finds similar results - GMOs cause severe, long-term health damage

As reported recently in Egypt Independent, similar research by Hussein Kaoud from Cairo University's Faculty of Veterinary Hygiene also made some fascinating, though politically incorrect, discoveries about the effects of GMOs on the body. After feeding nine groups of rats varying combinations of GM soy, corn, wheat, and canola, Kaoud and his team observed that these genetic poisons clearly obstructed the normal function of the animals, affirming Pusztai's research.

"I recorded the alteration of different organs, shrinkage of kidneys, change in the liver and spleen, appearance of malignant parts in the tissues, (and) kidney failure and hemorrhages in the intestine," said Kaoud about the effects of GMOs as observed in the test rats. "The brain functions were touched as well, and the rats' learning and memory abilities were seriously altered."

In Kaoud's case, his groundbreaking findings will soon be published in the respected journals Neurotoxicology and Ecotoxicology. But it remains to be seen whether or not the scientific community at large, which is heavily influenced by biotechnology interests, and the political structures that control it will accept the results as valid, or pull a similar character assassination on Kaoud and his team as punishment for defying the status quo.

What all this clearly illustrates, of course, is that modern science can hardly be considered the independent, truth-seeking, "gold standard" of interpreting and understanding reality that many people mistakenly think it is. The truth about GMOs, as uncovered by mounds of independent research, is that they are inadequately safety tested, at best, and deadly at worst. But this fact remains shrouded in deception, thanks to the corporatized, pro-GMO culture of mainstream science.
